 Halibut Fingers
My children really like these easy fish fingers.
- Halibut fillets
- Garlic-flavored oil (see note)
- Finely grated cheese
- Fine bread or cracker crumbs
- Paprika (optional)
Cut the halibut into fingers -- 2 by 2 by 4 inches. Dip in the garlic-flavored oil, then in finely grated cheese, and then in fine crumbs. Arrange on a foil-lined cookie sheet. Sprinkle liberally with paprika for added color, if desired. (We did not use the paprika.) Bake at 500 degrees for about 10 minutes.
