1 firm banana, not too ripe
3 scoops (about 1/3 cup each) ice cream, vanilla, chocolate and strawberry (or use your favorites)
1/4 cup each (more or less to taste) pineapple topping, strawberry topping and fudge sauce (or use 3 to 5 of your favorite toppings)
Whipped cream
Slice banana lengthwise and place halves on either side of a long glass dish. Place ice cream between banana slices. Heat fudge or other sauce in saucepan or microwave until warm. Top each scoop with a different sauce. Squirt whipped cream along both sides or over top of scoops. Serves 1 or 2.
Note: Buy jarred ice cream toppings in any grocery store
