WDUQ-FM Repairs finished

Thursday, January 29, 2004

WDUQ-FM (90.5) has finished repairs on its transmitter, where weather-related problems had caused a failure in the transmission line. The station was off the air Jan. 17 and operating at reduced power last week.

The station replaced the transmission line, and is now back at full capacity.

WDUQ plans to replace other parts of its transmission system this spring in an effort to strengthen its signal.
