The WB's "One Tree Hill" and UPN's "Jake 2.0" have been picked up for the full season. ... CBS has decided not to order any more than the 13 episodes of "Becker" already in production. ... The WB has halted production of "Tarzan" but will continue airing episodes through November. ... ABC has canceled "L.A. Dragnet."... USA Network canceled the Western "Peacemakers" after a single season.

NBC's shuffle

"The Tracy Morgan Show" will premiere on Dec. 2 on NBC, airing at 8 p.m. Tuesday. That bumps "Whoopi" to 8:30, which moves "Happy Family" to 9:30, following "Frasier." "Good Morning, Miami" returns to 9:30 p.m. Thursday, taking the place of canceled "Coupling."

'Schmo' star signs

Mt. Lebanon's Matt Kennedy Gould, who starred in Spike TV's "The Joe Schmo Show," has signed a development deal with Spike. According to Daily Variety, his first assignment is to record commentary to add to "Joe Schmo" reruns that begin airing Tuesday.

Gould will also appear in "Spike 52: The Hottest Holiday Gifts," a special airing Nov. 23, which will be hosted by Aisha Tyler.
