Picard promoted
Lynn Picard, a native of Moon, has been promoted to executive vice president and general manager of cable's Lifetime Television Network. She will supervise the network's day-to-day operations.
Since August 1999, Picard has been in charge of advertising sales for all Lifetime properties.
From 1989-1994 she worked at ESPN in a variety of roles.
She is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
PCNC premieres 'Trackdown'
At 8:30 p.m. Monday, PCNC will premiere "Trackdown," a new monthly local program produced in cooperation with the Greater Pittsburgh Fugitive Task Force. The program will profile three individuals on the run from law enforcement authorities.
Channel 11 reporter Karen Welles will host with the with Pittsburgh Police Det. Kevin Wilkes.
