KDKA-TV will broadcast the "Children's Miracle Network Celebration," a national and local telethon, from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 7 to 8 p.m. Saturday.
Marie Osmond and John Schneider will host the national portion of the telethon from Walt Disney World in Orlando. Brenda Waters and Bruce Pompeani will host local cut-ins with Paul Martino interviewing local patients.
All money raised locally will benefit The Children's Institute in Squirrel Hill and Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh.

Seacrest gets series
It's all over for the American idols but not for host Ryan Seacrest, who will have his own daily live syndicated program in January.
Twentieth Television announced it is green-lighting a show that's part newsmagazine and part variety. When the series premieres, it will air during the "fringe" time slots, between 4 and 7 p.m., on 22 Fox-owned stations.
