TV Note: PCNC airs 'Scholar,' 'Slate' Monday, May 26, 2003 By Rob Owen, Post-Gazette TV Editor
The 29th annual "YMCA Scholar Athlete Banquet" will be held Wednesday and broadcast from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday on PCNC.
Channel 11 anchor David Johnson will serve as master of ceremonies at the banquet that honors the best and brightest high school senior scholar athletes in the area.
The Pittsburgh Housing Authority's "Clean Slate" Town Hall Meeting, held May 13, will air at 9 p.m. Saturday. Bertice Berry moderates this discussion on drug activity from a youth perspective. Solutions for living a drug-free lifestyle will be discussed.
