Anchor shifts at WTAE

Whitney Drolen is out at the Channel 4 weekend morning anchor desk; consumer reporter Susan Koeppen is in.

"We just think Susan and [meteorologist] Stephen [Cropper] are a terrific team," news director Bob Longo said. "Whitney is very good and capable at reporting and she's going to concentrate on those duties full time."

Effective immediately, Drolen, who joined the station as weekend morning anchor in March 2002, will report during the day Monday through Friday. Koeppen, the station's "Call 4 Action" reporter, will continue to report three days a week.
