Korean murder case on 'PrimeTime'

Tuesday, January 21, 2003

By Rob Owen, Pittsburgh Post-Gazette

Kenzi Snider, the woman accused of murdering University of Pittsburgh student Jamie Penich while both were studying abroad in South Korea, will be interviewed on ABC's "PrimeTime Thursday" newsmagazine at 10 p.m. tomorrow on WTAE-TV.

Correspondent John Quinones interviewed Snider in Seoul, South Korea. A South Korean detective who led the investigation is also interviewed. An ABC spokesman said the detective shares his opinion about who committed the crime. Snider, who was acquitted, awaits a decision on a possible appeal by prosecutors to the Korean Supreme Court. --
