'His Place' interactive

WPCB flagship series "His Place" will present an interactive episode at 9:30 p.m. Monday.

Viewers will have the chance to pick the outcome of the live episode by visiting Cornerstone TeleVision's Web site (www.ctvn.org) and casting a vote from among three choices during the first program break.

'Mystery!' uncovered

WQED pre-empted several installments of PBS's "Mystery!" this summer, but they're about to air. First up is "The Inspector Linley Mysteries: A Great Deliverance" at 10 p.m. Thursday. The second installment airs Nov. 21 at the same time.

On Nov. 28 WQED will show "Murder Rooms: The Dark Beginnings of Sherlock Holmes -- The White Knight Stratagem."

Channel surfing

The nine rescued Quecreek miners appear on "The Oprah Winfrey Show" at 4 p.m. today on WTAE, followed by a report on the making of ABC's upcoming "Pennsylvania Miners' Story" during Channel 4's 5 p.m. news. ... Today at 5 and 11 p.m., KDKA will offer a behind-the-scenes look at the filming of CBS's "The Guardian" when the cast and crew were in Pittsburgh last month. ... WPXI's Keith Jones is featured in a bit of news video footage used in the Michael Moore documentary "Bowling for Columbine." ... The talent competition on "The Caroline Rhea Show" (11 a.m., WPXI) continues. Sonya Carter of Johnstown didn't make the cut, but Jayson Bridges of New Kensington remains in the competition and will perform again on tomorrow's show.
