TV Note: Thorny question Saturday, June 15, 2002 By Barbara Vancheri, Post-Gazette Staff Writer
Forensic psychiatrist Michael Welner, an adjunct professor of law at Duquesne University School of Law, is scheduled to appear on Fox news tomorrow at 5 p.m. to discuss the case of Zacarias Moussaoui. He is the only person to be charged in the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks and he insists on representing himself. Welner will talk about the advantages of Moussaoui's decision, why he was found competent and how the case may have a dangerous impact on the war on terror.
