Pax TV launches early
Contrary to its first report that Pax TV would launch on AT&T systems on or about Jan. 1, the network will launch next week.
In Beaver Falls, Canonsburg, Carnegie, Castle Shannon, Coraopolis, Midland, Pittsburgh, Ross and Washington, Pax will begin airing on Tuesday. McKeesport and Penn Hills follow on Wednesday and Greensburg will come on line Thursday.
In the city, AT&T customers can find Pax on Channel 64 or on Channels 85A and 38B in non-rebuilt areas. Everywhere else, Pax will be on channel 56.
Adelphia is still expected to carry Pax beginning Dec. 31.
Listings for Pax will appear in the Post-Gazette's TV Week magazine beginning Dec. 30. Pax could appear in the daily Post-Gazette's TV grid as early as next week.
