TV Note: WB shifts prime-time schedule here Saturday, October 07, 2000 By Rob Owen, Post-Gazette TV Editor
In another one of those stealthy, unpublicized moves, 46 WB stations will change the hours they program in prime time on Sunday night -- Pittsburgh's WCWB included.
Instead of airing series from 7 to 10 p.m., WB programs will air locally from 8 to 11 p.m. starting tomorrow. WCWB will air reruns of "Friends" and "3rd Rock From the Sun" from 7 to 8 p.m.
Tomorrow's prime-time lineup includes the season premieres of "The Jamie Foxx Show" at 8, "For Your Love" at 8:30, "The Steve Harvey Show" at 9, "The PJs" at 9:30, "Hype" at 10 and "Nikki" at 10:30.
A WCWB spokesman said affiliates without late news will make the move because more people watch TV later in the evening.
