Steelers' Kemoeatu out for Sunday's game

Steelers coach Mike Tomlin predicted there will be more changes if necessary but stopped short of promising any during his press conference today.

One change in the starting lineup will occur because of an injury. Chris Kemoeatu, who has had injuries to his right wrist and right knee, will be given time to rest and recuperate. Rookie Ramon Foster will start at left guard against Green Bay Sunday.

Also, Tomlin ruled Troy Polamalu out of Sunday's game, his fifth straight with a knee injury.
