Show highlights 'constant flow'

Ground Zero's "Celebrate Pittsburgh" project has announced the name, as well as the names of the participants, for its first "artistic community expression" event.

"Flux" is subtitled "a celebration of local artists in Pittsburgh's constant state of flow." The first one will be held from 8 to midnight Sept. 9 in the future home of the Pittsburgh Glass Center at 5472-74 Penn Ave. in Friendship, in collaboration with the Friendship Development Associates and the Penn Avenue Arts Initiative.

The event, one of a monthly moving series, is to feature Alison Babusci, Cheryl Capezzuti, Lisa Clark, Coal Train, Barrett Denmon, the Faces of Pittsburgh, Rick Gribenas & Sonia Yoon, the Hardgroove Project, Horizons Gallery, Rob Long, the Marshalls, Mihaly, T.K. Mundok, the Pittsburgh Glass Center, Sarrogit, Chris Savido, Owen Smith, Soma Mestizo, Steve Summers, Mike Walsch, Kevin "The Nerve" Wenner, Dave Zapalla and others.
