All federal, state, county and city government offices will be closed today in observance of Labor Day.

Post offices will be closed and there will be no mail delivery or collection service.

Garbage will be collected in Pittsburgh one day later than usual.

The Labor Day Parade steps off at 10 a.m. Downtown, beginning at Mellon Arena and heading down Fifth Avenue to the Pittsburgh Hilton and Towers.
