Toledo, a Collared Raven, snatches a dollar bill from the hand of docent Dan Klein during a preview of the show Close Encounters of the Bird Kind at the National Aviary. Also featured in the show, which opens tomorrow and continues through Labor Day, are a chattering Double Yellow Headed Amazon Parrot and a Trumpeter Hornbill that can catch grapes in the air. The show is in partnership with Natural Encounters from Orlando, Florida. Ravens are considered to be highly-intelligent and can mimic the human voice.
