NADIA'S FAVORITE CHICK PEA SALAD

    2 16-ounce cans of garbanzo beans
    2 baked or boiled potatoes, peeled and chopped in chunks
    1/2 tomato, chopped
    1/2 onion chopped
    1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
    Pinch ground pepper (black or red)
    Olive oil
    Chopped cilantro or lemon, for garnish

Mix all ingredients except oil and garnish together. Drizzle with olive oil and decorate with chopped cilantro, lemon or any other garnish. Serve with grilled meats.
