    32-ounce container plain yogurt
    1 teaspoon crushed cumin seeds
    1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
    1 teaspoon salt or a pinch of sugar to taste

Mix all ingredients together and serve cold.

For variation, add peeled, chopped cucumber (we used 1/2 cup) or onion.
