GRANDPA'S GERMAN PANCAKES

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 3/8 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup flour
  • Dash salt

Whisk all ingredients together. If batter is too thick, add more milk. Form small circles of batter in a hot oiled frying pan. Cook until brown on both sides. You can top with jelly or powdered sugar.
