Venison Chesapeake

An easy dish with great flavor.

  • 2 pounds cubed venison
  • 3/4 pound chopped onions
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 5 tablespoons oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon dry mustard
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 3 cups water

Brown the first three ingredients in the oil. Add remaining ingredients, stir. Simmer for 2 hours.

Serve over rice or egg noodles.
