Pumpernickel Bread with Smoked Salmon

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 small red onion, diced small
  • Thinly sliced smoked salmon
  • Fresh dill
  • Cocktail pumpernickel bread

Combine sour cream and red onion together. Lay out pumpernickel slices; top with sour cream and onion. Roll slices of Smoked Salmon into roses and place on top of sour cream. Top with a piece of fresh dill.
