Blue Cheese Mousse

  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbled
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese

Place cream cheese in mixing bowl and whip until light and fluffy. Add crumbled blue cheese and whip together until very light. Place mousse in a pastry bag with a star tip and pipe a rosette onto each biscotti. Top with a walnut and serve as an appetizer.
