 Green Goddess Dressing
Use the blender to make homemade mayonnaise, or add Hellman's to the blender container along with the other ingredients. For an easy version of this famous salad, spoon the dressing over a plate of cold seafood and garnish with artichoke bottoms and cherry tomatoes
- 1 1/4 cups mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 anchovy fillets, blotted
- 4 scallions with tops, coarsely cut
- 1/4 cup parsley clusters
- 1 tablespoon tarragon vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon, about, freshly ground pepper
- 1/2 cup sour cream, optional
Cover and blend on high speed for 10 seconds, or until ingredients are finely incorporated. For a rich, full flavor and velvety texture, fold 1/2 cup sour cream into the finished dressing.
