J.J.'s Easy Halibut

Marinate halibut fillets in a mixture that is half olive oil and half soy sauce. Cover the fish with the marinade for a couple of hours. Right before cooking, roll the fish in sesame seeds to cover, then grill. Some seeds will fall off. Grill until cooked through, about 5 minutes (depending on thickness) on each side on a hot grill. This works equally well with salmon.
