Mary's Berry Dessert Cups

3 eggs
1/2 cup melted margarine
1 tablespoon vanilla or anise flavoring
1 3/4 cups Pillsbury flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
Seasonal fruit (4 pints) -- she used raspberries and strawberries
Whip cream, to garnish

In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs. Add margarine and flavoring. Add sugar gradually. Beat until smooth.

Mix flour and baking powder. Add to egg mixture. Mix till smooth. Drop sticky dough by spoonful onto hot pizzelle iron (of course your mom is supervising) and bake 60 to 90 seconds. While the cookie is warm and pliable, immediately press into small glass bowl (dessert bowls) or teacup -- Mary uses a teacup. Set aside.

When ready to serve, add fresh sliced fruit to cookie cups by spoonful. Top with whip cream. Serve immediately or store in cups in airtight container until ready to serve. Makes 2 1/2 dozen.
