Use thinly sliced bread -- spread with butter and lightly toast. Put on a slice of raclette and bake until it melts, then place a sunny-side-up egg on top, sprinkled with paprika.

According to Jill Cueni-Cohen, it is also common to put a few drops of white wine on the bread before you put on the butter.
