![]() Sweet Violet Vinegar
This is good on salads.
1/4 cup sweet violets (unsprayed)
Remove stems and any green or white heels from the flowers. Place petals in a jar and pour warm, not hot, vinegar over petals. Cap jar with acid-proof lid. Set in sunny window and shake daily for 2 weeks.
Makes about 1 cup.
