This relish is delicious! Turns a burger into something really special. Also good with grilled chicken or chilled green beans, says its creator, Marilyn Brown of Upper St. Clair.

1 small tomato, peeled, seeded, chopped
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1/4 cup each finely chopped green pepper and onion
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1/4 cup Heinz tomato ketchup
1 teaspoon Heinz apple cider or Heinz white vinegar
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon dried basil leaves, see note
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Dash hot pepper sauce

In a small skillet, saute tomato, celery, green pepper and onion in oil until tender-crisp. Stir in ketchup, vinegar, sugar, basil, salt, pepper and hot pepper. Cook over low heat 5 minutes. Cover and chill. Serve over grilled chicken breasts, hamburgers or chilled cooked green beans. Makes about 1 cup relish.

Note: 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil leaves may be substituted.
