ZESTY SHRIMP SPREAD

Warm up with this delicious recipe for the tailgate crowd, but carry it into the holiday season, too.

8-ounce package light cream cheese
1 cup Heinz tomato ketchup
1 teaspoon lemon juice
4 sliced green onions
1/4 cup finely chopped red pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
1/8 to 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce, or to taste
1/2 pound cooked shrimp, peeled, deveined, chopped

Combine cheese with ketchup, lemon juice, green onions, red pepper, celery and hot pepper sauce. Stir in shrimp. Cover and chill. Serve with crackers or pita chips. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
