"All right, I know I live in Panther country, but what can I say -- our daughter Jessica attends PSU," says Dona Todarello.

2 to 3 pounds chicken legs and thighs
Small bottle zesty Kraft Italian salad dressing
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
2 cups plain bread crumbs

Mix cheese and crumbs together. Dip chicken in salad dressing, then coat in crumbs. Let stand 10-15 minutes on wire rack. Place on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil and lightly sprayed with Pam. Bake at 375 degrees for 60 minutes. Great hot or cold.
