Cinna-Mocha Chiller Parfait

1/4 cup instant coffee granules
3/4 cup very hot water
1/4 cup chocolate syrup (such as Hershey's)
1 can (14 ounces) minus 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
2 cups very hot water
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 cups whipped cream or Reddi-Wip canned whipped topping
Chocolate sprinkles for topping
Kahlua or coffee-flavored liqueur, optional

In large bowl, mix coffee granules with 3/4 cup hot water until dissolved. Add chocolate syrup, condensed milk and 2 cups water, mixing well. Pour into ice cube trays, a long glass baking dish, or several small plastic containers. Freeze solid. Shave, following directions on manufacturer's ice shaver. Or shave with the times of a fork. Spoon a layer of shaved mixture into a glass or goblet, then a layer of whipped cream, then sprinkles. Repeat until glass is full, ending with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles. Drizzle with Kahlua if desired.

Makes 6 to 8 1-cup servings.
