3 3/8-ounce package instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups cold milk
1 cup finely chopped strawberries (fresh or thawed)
1 or 2 sliced strawberries
Empty the pudding mix into the mixing bowl. Add the milk and stir with the wire whisk until well blended and smooth.
Chill the mixture in the refrigerator 10 minutes. With the wooden spoon, fold in the chopped strawberries. Top with the sliced strawberries.
Cover with plastic wrap and chill at least one hour before serving. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
