1. Put two spoonfuls of yogurt in a cup.
2. Put a spoonful of granola on the yogurt (teachers added sprinkle of wheat germ)
3. Add 2 spoonfuls of fruit on the granola (teachers added sliced strawberries and bananas)
4. Add 2 more spoonfuls of yogurt on the fruit (teachers added more fruit)
5. Put a little granola on the top (add more wheat germ, if desired) Eat and enjoy.
Note: This was a favorite that could easily be made with a large group. Any fruit could be substituted. A sprinkle of wheat germ is a way to "sneak" more fiber into food, without altering taste.)
Tester's note: The teachers made a large dish of parfait and garnished it with strawberries that made a "smiley" face (Kids love that kind of stuff!). They used sliced strawberries and bananas for fruit. Any fruit could be used. Teachers also added a sprinkle of wheat germ -- it couldn't be tasted -- to the granola layers to provide more fiber.
