16 ounce package of broccoli slaw mix
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons liquid substitute sweetener (we used 6 packages of Splenda)
1/2 teaspoon mustard seed
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
Mix all dressing ingredients well and pour over slaw mix. Heat to get the flavors to come out. Chill at least four hours. Stir occasionally. Makes six 1-cup. servings
Nutritional analysis per serving: 25 calories; 0.8 gram protein; 0.5 gram fat; 4.4 grams carbohydrate; 2 grams fiber; 0 cholesterol; 44 mg sodium. Diabetic exchange: 1 vegetable.
