According to his mother, Joey enjoys cooking."He helps me make cookies -- he loves to make cookies. He also even helps with some simpler meals, such as casseroles and things like that."

Joey has "kitchen rules" that other children should follow. "Mix things really well," he said.

When his mom asked what his favorite parts of cooking are he replied. "All the parts! I like mixing and rolling. I like everything,"

1 teaspoon creamy peanut butter
1 teaspoon cream cheese, softened
Banana slices

Spread peanut butter on two graham crackers. Spread cream cheese on other two graham crackers. Place two banana slices on peanut butter crackers. Place cream cheese crackers on tops to form two sandwiches.
