This is a super easy recipe invented by my three children and me. It is fast, simple and the kids feel grown-up when we have chocolate fondue with their friends. My boys could eat it every night -- and so could I.
1 10-ounce package chocolate chips (we use Hershey milk chocolate chips)
1/2 cup half-and-half
Mix chips and half-and-half in the fondue pot and melt over low heat. Be careful not to scorch the chocolate. Place over the lighted burner. Dip anything and everything into the chocolate. We like bananas, pretzels, and almond and shortbread cookies.
