"My favorite way to do this is to use the Pina Colada dressing," said Delaney. "Drain a small can of crushed pineapple and add 1/3 cup coconut to the cream cheese. This is fabulous."
8 ounces cream cheese
1/4 cup any Sassy Dressin'
Mix and shape into a ball. These can be stuffed into celery for an easy hors d'oeuvre. Serves 4 to 6.
