Cinnamon Sweet Rolls
Make the babka dough. Divide in half. Roll the dough into two rectangles, about 10 by 12 inches. Smear each with butter. Scatter with cinnamon sugar, about 6 tablespoons. Add a few currants that have been soaked in rum, if desired. Roll up rectangles like a jelly roll. Cut into slices, about 1-inch thick. Place an equal number of the slices in each of two 8- or 9-inch square pans. Bake both pans at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes, until rolls are brown. Cool in pans on a rack for 10 minutes. Dust with confectioners' sugar if you like. Makes about 18 rolls, total, in the 2 pans.
