Warm Penn State Cheddars Dip

1 pound cream cheese, softened
1/2 pound sharp cheddar, grated
1/2 pound smoked cheddar, grated
Vegetables for dipping

Combine the cheeses in food processor and process until smooth. Place in heat-resistant serving container and heat in microwave or conventional oven until melted and warm throughout, about 30 minutes in conventional oven at 375 degrees. Serve with blanched broccoli florets, cauliflower, carrot sticks, red-pepper chunks, or any other vegetables for dipping. Pretzel sticks also make a nice accompaniment. Serves 16.
