Severed Finger Salad

1 red pepper
1 orange pepper
1 yellow pepper
8 ounces canned chick peas
1 cup cherry tomatoes
2 stalks celer
1/2 pound mid-sized mushrooms
1/2 cup peeled baby carrots
16 ounces bottled Caesar salad dressing
1 tablespoon lemon pepper
10 hollow, plastic monster fingers

Yes, you read that right. Traditional finger salad is made with big, firm vegetable slices the size of one or two fingers. For Halloween, marinate the cut vegetables overnight in Caesar dressing and lemon pepper and just before serving, garnish with washed monster fingers just to creep people out.
