Fruit Ambrosia
2 pints strawberries, rinsed 2 oranges, peeled 1/2 cup flaked coconut 1 lime
Slice orange into 1/4-inch wide slices, removing seeds. Cut lime in half. Cut strawberries in quarters and toss with oranges. Squeeze lime juice over top and toss again. Sprinkle coconut over top. Serves 4 to 6.
