Banana Boats

1 banana per camper
Chocolate chips
Miniature marshmallows

Carefully peel back one section of banana. Do not remove. Leave attached. Where peel has been pulled back, cut a slit lengthwise into the fruit. Hollow out some banana on each side around the slit and eat. Fill the hollowed section of banana with chocolate chips and marshmallows.

Replace peel flap. Wrap completely in foil and place on coals (see note) about 7 to 10 minutes, until chocolate and marshmallows are melted and the banana is soft and warm.

Tester's note: You can also bake in a 350-degree oven.

Beginner: Foil.
