Onion Crusted Chicken
6 Market Day ChicNSteakes, thawed 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper 1 2.8-ounce can French fried onion rings, crushed (we could not find rings, so we used a 2.8-ounce can of French fried onions)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl, combine margarine, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and pepper; mixing until well blended. Place crushed onions in a shallow baking dish. Brush both sides of ChicNSteakes with margarine mixture. Coat with crushed onions. Place chicken in a lightly greased 13-by-9-inch baking dish. Bake 25 to 30 minutes until chicken is cooked through. Makes 6 servings.
