Stuffed French Toast
24 pieces Market Day French Toast Stix
8-ounce container strawberry soft cream cheese
2 4-ounce containers Market Day Fruit Singles, partially thawed
2 tablespoons Market Day Tropicana Orange Juice
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spread 12 French Toast Stix with cream cheese. Top with remaining French Toast Stix. Place into a 12-by-18-inch baking dish. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until hot. While casserole is baking, place fruit singles and orange juice in blender container. Process on puree until smooth. Serve French Toast with fruit sauce. Makes 6 servings.
