Maybe the Big Bad Wolf got a bum rap. After all, it's not his fault he's genetically programmed to eat cute things such as bunnies, sheep and pigs. In "The True Story of the Three Little Pigs" by Jon Scieszka and Lane Smith, Alexander T. Wolf gives his side of the story. The little "pigs" in this recipe are almost too cute to eat. They also would go well with "Digger Pig and the Turnip" by Caron Lee Cohen (ages 4-8), or that humble pig with the literary friend in "Charlotte's Web" by E.B. White (ages 9-12).
