Clotted Cream
1 cup heavy cream 1/3 cup sour cream 1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar
Using a whisk attachment on the mixer, whip heavy cream until stiff. Add sour cream and confectioners' sugar. Hand whisk just until it is combined. Store in refrigerator. Serve with scones or fruit.
