Cinnamon Sugar Butter
4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, softened
Combine butter with sugar and cinnamon. Keep tightly covered in the refrigerator up to three weeks. Makes about 5 tablespoons.
Tester's note: My 8-year-old loves cinnamon sugar toast. This is much easier and neater to use than the traditional method.
