1 head cauliflower plus an equal amount of broccoli florets
3 or 4 celery stalks
1 pound bacon, fried and chopped
10-ounce package frozen peas, thawed
Dressing:
2 cups mayonnaise
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons vinegar
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
Cut cauliflower and broccoli into bite-size florets. Wash and slice celery stalks. In a large bowl, mix vegetables and add bacon bits.
In small bowl, mix mayonnaise, Parmesan, vinegar and green onions.
Add dressing to vegetables and toss.
