2 baguettes
4 slices Madrange ham
1/2 pound Brie
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
4 cornichons (tiny sour pickles), split in half
Split baguettes. Arrange ham, brie and cornichons inside and spread with mustard. Lettuce and tomato are optional. Can be heated.
Note: The Madrange ham, cornichons, mustard and brie can be found in specialty stores or upscale markets.
